(Calcium‐Phosphate)/Carrageenan Gardens Grown from the Gel/Liquid Interface

In this study, a gel/liquid interface is utilized for growing new (calcium-phosphate)/carrageenan garden. The hydrogels are made from carrageenan loaded with either sodium phosphate or calcium chloride, while the interfaced solution contains source of salt not used in (i. e. sodium-phosphate hydrogel calcium-chloride and vice versa). physical chemical properties tubes grown both systems same amount have been reported. Interestingly, when varying amounts (and thus controlling stiffness phosphate-hydrogel system), it possible to control thickness height tubes.
